Perfect double room in a charming flat, ideal for young workers or students as it is located in the very center of Florence. It has two single bed, rented separately (90x200cm), two wardrobes and two deks. The room has its own lock and a central heater. It also has a private balcony. THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE OF THE FINAL RESULT, THERE WILL BE CHANGES IN THE FURNITURE AND FEATURES OF THE ROOM. The size of the room is 12 m². It has everything you need to be extra comfortable and it has a lot of space for you to make it feel like home. *Bedding is not included, the bed is provided only with the cover of the mattress. La stanza è situata in un appartamento composto da altre tre camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina totalmente attrezzata e tre terrazze. Siamo sempre presenti per affiancarti in qualsiasi momento di bisogno. Nel prezzo, è incluso un’ora e mezzo di pulizia. For each additional period because the apartment is too messy or dirty, the cost is € 10 / hour, to be divided between each tenant in the apartment. Then, every month, there will be rent and bills to pay. Bed linen is not included (only the mattress cover is provided).
