NO HIDDEN COSTS. At the booking: one month that is the deposit. This will be given back at the departure (calculated the last bills to detract)At the arrival: one month rent + one month commission for the lenght of the contract. the commission corresponds to a service fee or agency fee, put it the way you prefer and it is for the service we offer: 24/24 7/7 availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, maintenance... <br>Then, every month, you will have the rent and the bills to pay. <br>Lastly, you will have a 2 € monthly cost for the imposta di bollo, which is basically a state tax.<br>*Bedding is not included. ( the matress is provided with a cover only).
