L'appartamento è molto spazioso, poco più di 100 mq, composto da 3 stanze da letto, 2 bagni entrambi con la doccia, cucina abitabile, ingresso ampio e 2 due balconi. L'appartamento si trova vicino al polo universitario di Novoli, vicino alla fermata del tram T2 con quale si può arrivare in centro in 8 minuti. La camera in questione ha due posti letti, attualmente entrambi liberi. La casa è ristrutturata do poco. Sistema di condizionamento in tutte le stanze.
