appartamento di circa 60 mq di un palazzo storico del 1913 posto al secondo piano di una palazzina di 3. le scale sono larghe e basse, quindi si fanno bene. la casa è composta da un corridoio, uno studiolo, un soggiorno camera grande matrimoniale kucina e un piccolo bagno. il bagno è piccolo anche se nuovo e corredato di tutto. la casa è luminosa e la vista si posa su antichi tetti e Bellosguardo. la casa inoltre è ubicata in modo tale da non ricevere rumore dalla strada, un'oasi di pace appunto. Suggerisco la casa ad una persona o ad una coppia. non c'è aria condizionata ma ventilatori a soffitto in camera e soggiorno. riscaldamento autonomo.
