From the right side of the living area you can access the balcony.The bathroom is to the right of the Open Space and is complete with shower and washing machine. The door window in this room leads to the second balcony of the apartment.Recently renovated, this comfortable studio apartment is ready to welcome our guests.Via Zanella is a quiet street that has been enriched in recent years by restaurants and shops for all needs.Brand new buildings and period buildings alternate in a movement of styles and flavors with a lively and extravagant overall effect.BOOKING CONDITIONS:Minimum stay: 1 monthMaximum stay: 12 months (renewable)In order to proceed with the rent of the apartment a document that states the reasons for the stay in Italy (studying or working reason) is required. it is necessary to be in possession of the Tax Code. Before proceeding with the lease, the tenant must sign the lease and accept the terms and the conditions of the serviceSECURITY DEPOSIT: 1 month for stays between 1 and 3 months, and 2 month for stays from 4 to 12 months. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, otherwise the property will be available again for other customers.CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm). After office hours and office days (extra cost of €30 from 7:30 am to 09:00 am and from 19:00 pm to 21:00 pm) only upon request and acceptance by the structure.
