BOOKING CONDITIONS:Minimum stay: 1 monthMaximum stay: 12 months (renewable)In order to proceed with the rent of the apartment a document that states the reasons for the stay in Italy (studying or working reason) is required. it is necessary to be in possession of the Tax Code. Before proceeding with the lease, the tenant must sign the lease and accept the terms and the conditions of the serviceSECURITY DEPOSIT: 1 month for stays between 1 and 3 months, and 2 month for stays from 4 to 12 months. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, otherwise the property will be available again for other customers.CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm). After office hours and office days (extra cost of €30 from 7:30 am to 09:00 am and from 19:00 pm to 21:00 pm) only upon request and acceptance by the structure. Check-in and check-out are not accepted on Sundays and on holiday daysREGISTRATION AGREEMENT: the costs are included but in the event of renewal, the costs will be charged to the tenant (€ 50).THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDES:Utilities to be paid with a fixed monthly price depending on the type of apartment:- Studio 50 euros; |- 1 bedroom apartments 75 euros; |- 2 bedrooms apartments 100 euros; | - 3 bedrooms apartments up 150 euros.In case tenants exceed the fixed monthly price for the utilities, the balance must be paid at the check-out.Initial and final cleaning service is mandatory and must be paid at check-in:€ 150 for the studios |€ 200 for one bedroom apartments; |€ 250 for two bedroom apartments or more)Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning available on requestThe apartment is available for both private and corporate rentalsFor rental contracts in the name of companies, a 30% surcharge is required
