We only charge a one-time fee: 15% of the annual rent (VAT included). The minimum fee is €1,000—but in any case no more than two months' rent—to ensure our clients always have safe and reliable properties.

This is the security deposit (2 monthly total) that will be safe with ZappyRent. At the end of the contract, this amount will be returned to you if the house is in accordance with the conditions previously agreed.
