"BOOKING CONDITIONS: Minimum stay: 1 month Maximum stay: 12 months (renewable) In order to proceed with the rent of the apartment a document that states the reasons for the stay in Italy (studying or working reason) is required. it is necessary to be in possession of the Tax Code. Before proceeding with the lease, the tenant must sign the lease and accept the terms and the conditions of the service SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1 month for stays between 1 and 3 months, and 2 month for stays from 4 to 12 months. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, otherwise the property will be available again for other customers. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm). After office hours and office days (extra cost of €30 from 7:30 am to 09:00 am and from 19:00 pm to 21:00 pm) only upon request and acceptance by the structure. Check-in and check-out are not accepted on Sundays and on holiday days REGISTRATION AGREEMENT: the costs are included but in the event of renewal, the costs will be charged to the tenant (€ 50).
