This elegant and chic three-room apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the third raised floor of a stately building, in the heart of the city. As soon as you enter you will find the corridor, which on the right leads to the spacious dining room and living room, furnished with two leather sofas, a flat-screen TV and a magnificent fireplace. The kitchen is located to the left of the entrance and is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven and utensils included). The corridor leads to the first bathroom, which is complete with shower and washing machine.The master bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. A service bathroom completes the apartment.BOOKING CONDITIONS:Minimum stay: 1 monthMaximum stay: 12 months (renewable)In order to proceed with the rent of the apartment a document that states the reasons for the stay in Italy (studying or working reason) is required. it is necessary to be in possession of the Tax Code. Before proceeding with the lease, the tenant must sign the lease and accept the terms and the conditions of the serviceSECURITY DEPOSIT: 1 month for stays between 1 and 3 months, and 2 month for stays from 4 to 12 months. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, otherwise the property will be available again for other customers.CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm). After office hours and office days (extra cost of €30 from 7:30 am to 09:00 am and from 19:00 pm to 21:00 pm) only upon request and acceptance by the structure.
