Before proceeding with the lease, the tenant must sign the lease and accept the terms and the conditions of the serviceSECURITY DEPOSIT: 1 month for stays between 1 and 3 months, and 2 month for stays from 4 to 12 months. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, otherwise the property will be available again for other customers.CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: from Monday to Friday (from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm). After office hours and office days (extra cost of €30 from 7:30 am to 09:00 am and from 19:00 pm to 21:00 pm) only upon request and acceptance by the structure.
